A big halftime advantage turned into a disappointing loss for the Lady Pioneers Tuesday at Charlie Dalton Gym.

Warren County fell to visiting White County 70-57, its third loss in four District 6-AAA games this season. The win for the Warriorettes improved their mark to 2-1 in district games.

Warren County (11-11) held a 35-22 halftime lead, thanks in large part to the shooting of Megan Patch. The junior guard led Warren County with 22 points, 13 coming in the first half.

Callie Cathcart added 16, followed by Grace Rains with 10. Tyra Wright, who battled foul trouble the whole second half, finished with 4.
