Stone Memorial found out Thursday night why the Warren County High School girls soccer team is considered the powerhouse program of District 6-AAA.In their first matchup as district rivals, the Lady Pioneers blasted the Lady Panthers 6-2 on their home turf to improve to 3-0 this season. Stone Memorial, along with Rhea County, moved into District 6-AAA this fall with hopes of trying to end the Lady Pioneers’ two-year streak of district championships. The first meeting showed the Lady Panthers how tough it will be to upset the defending champs.Lady Pioneer senior Ansley Mullican recorded a hat trick against Stone Memorial to increase her goal total to seven through three games.
