BOYSThe Irving College Tiger boys 5-6 grade basketball team played host to Hickory Creek’s Hawks on Thursday night in a barn burner where the Tigers narrowly escaped with the win, defeating the Hawks 25-24.The game changer was accuracy at the foul line. Hickory Creek couldn’t keep out of foul trouble giving Tanner Wannamaker just one too many chances as he hit 3-of-7.
