Graves Technology used its innovation to gain an 11-7 win over Netherton Dentistry in girls coach pitch softball at the Civic Center on Monday night.The top three hitters did most of the damage for Graves Technology as they accounted for eight of the team’s 11 runs.Netherton Dentistry had a big first inning with four runs, but wasn’t able to drill the ball as well the rest of the game.The top batters for Graves Technology with three hits each were Kerri Hullett, Brooke Wilson and Kira Franson, who had two triples. For Netherton Dentistry, Hana Parsley, Lauren Hinshaw, Abigail Netherton and Haley Smith had three hits each. One of Smith’s hits was a home run.
