NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) — The Nashville Predators have signed forward Michael Liambas to a one-year, two-way contract.
Liambas' deal, which was announced Wednesday, is worth $575,000 at the NHL level and $75,000 at the American Hockey League level.
The 27-year-old Liambas spent the 2015-16 season with the Rockford IceHogs, the Chicago Blackhawks' AHL affiliate. He had one goal, one assist and 188 penalty minutes — the second-highest total in the league — in 44 games with Rockford.
He previously spent 2½ seasons with the Milwaukee Admirals, the Predators' primary developmental affiliate.
