Gold and Silver League
 
One of the most rewarding parts of my job is seeing our bowlers improve their game and the excitement the progress brings. A good example would be Bruce Smith who joined our league last summer after military retirement. He had bowled before but that was many years ago so he started with a low average.
As most beginners do, he has made steady progress and is rapidly becoming one of our better bowlers. On Tuesday, he rolled a 221 game and a 548 series. He’s a contender for our most improved bowler award.
Bruce is not only a good bowler but also a good guy. He adds a lot of fun to our league. We’re really happy to have him as a bowler and friend.
