It appearing that upon inquiry of the DefendantÕs usual place of residence, the Defendant cannot be found so as to be served with process for violation of the Morrison Municipal Code 13-104, Citation.

Publication shall be made for four (4) consecutive weeks in the Southern Standard, a newspaper published in Warren County, Tennessee requiring the Defendant to appear in Court to answer the allegations contained in the aforementioned Citation at 3p.m., on the    17th day of July, 2014, Morrison City Hall, 130 West Maple Street, Morrison, Tennessee 37357. 

IF HE FAILS TO APPEAR, A JUDGMENT BY DEFAULT MAY BE TAKEN AGAINST HIM.
