Upon sworn Complaint of the Plaintiff, by and through counsel, and after a review of the record, the Court is of the opinion that the whereabouts of the Defendant cannot be ascertained and that service by publication pursuant to ¤T.C.A. 21-1-203 is appropriate.

IT IS, THEREFORE ORDERED, that publication be made for four (4) consecutive weeks as required by law in the Southern Standard, a newspaper published weekly in McMinnville, Warren County, Tennessee, requiring the Defendant, ALYCIA ANN CRIPPS, to serve upon Steve Roller, attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is 101 West Main Street, 2nd Floor, Citizens Tri-County Bank Building, McMinnville, Tennessee 37110, an Answer to the Complaint for Divorce served upon her by this publication; said answer to be filed on or before thirty (30) days after the date of the last publication of this NOTICE. In the event Defendant fails to do so, a judgment by default may be taken against her for the relief demanded in the pleadings and the matter set for hearing on Wednesday, July 23, 2014 at 9:00 a.m.
