PUBLIC NOTICE

The McMinnville Regional Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, June 9, 2014 at 12:00 noon in the Council Room on the second floor of McMinnville City Hall.  The purpose of this hearing will be to solicit public comments regarding an amendment to the McMinnville Subdivision Regulations by adding Section L to Article II "Procedures for Plat Approval".  Section L provides for the approval of minor subdivisions having two lots, under certain conditions and without submission to the Planning Commission, as provided by Section 13-4-302 of Tennessee Code Annotated.  The conditions set forth for this approval process are available for review in the Planning and Zoning Department on the second floor of City Hall.  All interested persons are invited to attend this public hearing.
