It's a common refrain. A small, locally-owned business issues a post saying they are having to close or looking to sell, only to be met with a long string of comments from concerned fellow citizens. "I'm so sorry we never made it out!" "I've been meaning to come there." These are just a couple of examples of the endless variety of well-meaning but ultimately useless comments.
