No. 1 The old City Grammar school, which some people call the Blue Building, is too great of an asset in terms of the building and land for the city to relinquish. I assume that when the schools consolidated, the old school building remained in the possession of the McMinnville city government. I propose that the building be returned to a functioning school, grades 6-12.
