Memorial Day will be commemorated all across the USA tomorrow. And rightly so. It is intended to honor our brave men and women in uniform who have died in our nation’s wars.In my lifetime alone, World War II, the Korean War, the Vietnam War, and wars in Iraq and Afghanistan have cost our nation dearly in blood and treasure.Over 16 million Americans served in World War II. Nearly 406,000 of them never returned home alive.
