TO THE EDITOR:Commissioner Michael Shane Wilcher has every right to act foolish and immature. However, Warren County taxpayers should not have to pay for his foolishness. Both the county government and Commissioner Ron Lee should not waste a day before filing for reimbursement of legal expenses.
