TO THE EDITOR:Warren County Commissioner Michael Shane Wilcher is a man willing to walk a difficult road to stand up for his rights. He should not be out any money if that is how the law is stated.It is very unfortunate when video is available, yet our court system stands on the opinion of one judge. Maybe each court should have more than one judge.
