I’m a little bit distressed about what seems to be a behind-the-scenes push to prevent Warren County Animal Control and Adoption Center director Kim Pettrey from making animal rescue runs where she transports unwanted animals from Warren County and meets rescue groups willing to take them.The problem in Warren County is the same problem in all counties. People are not responsible pet owners. Asking some people to be responsible pet owners and have their pets spayed or neutered is like pulling teeth.
