The world’s last VCR manufacturer has announced it will halt production of VCRs in the coming days. The move will slam the door on a once-proud staple of the American living room. There was a time in the 1980s and ’90s when VCRs were king of the electronics mountain. If you didn’t have a VCR, you were ridiculed, mocked, and always the first person to be “it” in a game of hide and seek.I mention the long-forgotten VCR because the days of yesteryear come to mind when thinking of the Tennessee Titans.
