McMinnville resident and Warren County native Zachary Allen Hendrix, 23, was born March 25, 1994 and died suddenly July 31. A grill operator and a member of Webb’s Methodist Church, he was the son of Joan Hendrix of McMinnville and the late Ray Allen Hendrix. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by grandfather Clyde Jacobs.
