Mrs. Willow Dean Helton, 99, of McMinnville, Tennessee passed away Tuesday, June 18, 2024 at her home. She was born on Sept. 17, 1924 in Smithville, was a member of the McMinnville Primitive Baptist Church, and a loving mother and wife.
