Mr. William Joe Parsley, 72, of McMinnville, was born in McMinnville on April 26, 1952 and passed away on Sept. 24, 2024 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center. He was a retired machinist with Carrier Air Conditioning, was of the Church of Christ faith and loved fishing. He was preceded in death by his parents, William Dale Parsley and Martha Frances Driver Parsley; aunt, Modena Driver; and brother, Jerry Delbert Parsley.
