William J. “Billy Joe” Campbell, 67, died peacefully in his home in Floral City, Fla., on Feb. 20. William was born Nov. 3, 1948 in McMinnville to the late Winford A. and Anna Frances Campbell. He worked as a health physics technician in the nuclear power industry and served his country as a member of the United States Navy.
