Wilburn Looney, 85, of the Johnson’s Chapel community of DeKalb County died Thursday night, Feb. 19, at DeKalb Community Hospital. He was a member of Freewill Baptist Church at Johnson’s Chapel and was superintendent of Bridge Builder, Inc. He was preceded in death by his parents, James Houston and Callie Armenta Jackson Looney.
