Wanda Jean Hallum, 73, of McMinnville died Wednesday, Dec. 24 at River Park Hospital in McMinnville. She was born Sept. 10, 1941, in DeKalb County and was a telephone operator with Lowe’s, and attended Liberty Cumberland Presbyterian Church. Mrs. Hallum was preceded in death by parents, Austin and Frances Marie Jones Cope.
