Virginia Carol Herman, 62, a McMinnville resident and Warren County native, died Sept. 14 at Saint Thomas River Park Hospital following an extended illness.She was a homemaker, member of Mt. Leo Church of Christ, and daughter of Sarah Ophaline Judkins of McMinnville and the late Jim Albert Judkins. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by husband Tony Curtis; brother Gene Judkins and sister Sarah Aldene Judkins.She was married June 17, 1998 to Bill Herman, who survives.
