Verna K. Turner Faulk, 65

McMinnville resident and Ventura, Calif., native Verna K. Turner Faulk, 65, was born Nov. 2, 1939 and died peacefully at home June 4 after a long illness.
Mrs. Faulk was the daughter of the late Curtis N. and Ruby Hayworth Turner. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by sister Lois Turner Weatherly.
Mrs. Faulk was married Oct. 16, 1958 to Rodger L. Faulk of McMinnville. In addition to her husband, she is survived by daughter, Beta Ann Faulk (Larry) Goodman of Jonesborough and son Timothy L. (Andrea Zeh) Faulk of Elizabethton; four grandchildren, Hannah Cunningham (Michael) Clark of St. Augustine, Fla., Elijah Cunningham of Johnson City, Marhya Faulk of Greenville, and Amos Cunningham of Chattanooga, eight great-grandchildren Gideon, Eden, Phoebe, Job, Susanna, Michael Beth, Silas, and Ezra Clark of St. Augustine, Fla., and sisters Mildred Turner Biggers of Muldrow, Okla., Veda Turner Wilcox of Talladega, Ala., Alma Turner Fisher of Republic, Mo., and Alice Turner Singletary of Harriman.
Family and friends are invited to a memorial service at 2 p.m. Saturday at the residence located at 893 Airport Lake Road, McMinnville, TN 37110.
McMinnville Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
