McMinnville resident Velma Ruth Williams, 77, died Jan. 25 at Raintree Manor.The daughter of the late John Lusk and Lena Martin Lusk, she was preceded in death by her husband, Bartow Williams; daughter Carolyn S. Lusk; son Tony A. Williams; sisters Sara Frances (Sally) Cline, Allie Cline and Willie Carr; brothers, Robert K. Lusk, James E. Lusk and Frank Duncan Lusk.She is survived by daughter, Frances McKinley and husband Michael of McMinnville; granddaughter, Misha McKinley; grandson, Quinton McKinley; special friends, Tina Dillard and Maria Valadez; special niece and nephews, Sylvia Lusk and Roderick Lusk; many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.Services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday at Gardens of Memory Funeral Home with George King officiating. Burial will follow at Martin Charge Cemetery.
