Tommy Stanton Minton, 60, of McMinnville died Thursday, Dec. 15, at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville.
He was born Nov. 7, 1951, in Chattanooga, was a nursery worker and a Baptist.
Mr. Minton was preceded in death by his parents, Hershel and Olavene Waters Minton, and a brother Terry Minton.
Survivors include his wife, Darlene Minton; children, Dawn R. Knight, James P. Martin II, Eva Layne Dodson, and Gordon A. Burns; sisters, Dee Hall, Eva Medley, and Brenda Minton; a brother, Larry Minton, and grandchildren, Nate, Mason, Lauren, McKeely, and Bella. Several nieces, nephews, family members, and friends also survive.
