Tina Renee Johnston, 50, of Woodbury died Friday, Nov. 13, at Saint Thomas Rutherford Hospital in Murfreesboro.She was born Wednesday, March 10, 1965 in McMinnville and was the daughter of David Pennington and Nell Lyle Pennington. She is survived by husband Allen Johnston, daughter Courtney Dixon and Zack Dixon, son Curtis Paull and fiancee Ashley Ramsey, grandson Blain Dixon, parents David and Nell Pennington, three sisters Sharon Keel and fiance Tim Whitmire, Tammie Ross and husband Kelley, and Debra Vidrine and hsuband Jimmy, brother Brandon Pennington, several nieces, nephews, cousins, other friends and family.The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. till time of service at noon on Saturday at Gardens of Memory Funeral Home, 415 North Chancery Street, McMinnville with Greg Mitchell officiating.
