Mr. Thomas Wayne Copeland, 77, of McMinnville, died Monday, May 1, 2023, at Manchester Rehab Center. He was born March 10, 1946, in McMinnville, and was the son of the late Marshall Lee Copeland and Clata Juanita Bell Copeland.
