McMinnville resident and Warren County native Terry Lynn Grissom, 42, died May 2 at Erlanger Medical Center in Chattanooga from injuries sustained in an accident.The pastor of New Hope Church and the owner of Palmer Nursery, he was the son of Gerald and Hazel Grissom of McMinnville and is also survived by his wife, Laura Grissom; children, Coty Lynn, Kyle Isaiah, Levi Elijah and Grace Ann Grissom, all of McMinnville; brother and sister-in-law, Gerald Wayne and Marlene Grissom of Spencer; sister and brother-in-law, Cynthia and Robert Hamm of Knoxville; mother-in-law, Margaret Grissom of Rocky River; sisters-in-law, Cindy (Shawn) Mathews, Misty Grissom and Melinda Grissom, all of Rock Island, several loved ones, friends and church family.Services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at High’s Chapel with Johnny Carr officiating. Burial will follow at Smyrna Cemetery.
