Sylvia Bolin, 86, a Rock Island resident and Warren County native was born Oct. 16, 1926 and died Aug. 10 at River Park Hospital.She was a homemaker and a member of the Church of Christ, and the daughter of the late Anderson Monroe and Louise Crim Gribble. She was married to Leslie Harold Bolin, who preceded her in death Aug. 1, 1988. In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by three brothers, Howard, Robert and Jewell Gribble, and three sisters, Nona Morgan, Georgia Coffee and Jessie Dee DellaRossa.She is survived by three sisters, Betty (Johnnie) McCormick, Ozean Crum and Flossie Sadler, all of McMinnville; and several nieces and nephews.Funeral service will be 1 p.m. Sunday in High’s Chapel with Jackie Matheny officiating.
