Stephen John Zsigalov, 72, of McMinnville died April 9 at River Park Hospital. He was born May 18, 1939, in Brooklyn, N.Y., was a quality manager for the Oster plant in McMinnville and retired as a quality control engineer with the Gillette Corp. in Boston, Mass., and served his country in the U.S. Navy where he previously was a student at the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis, Md. Mr. Zsigalov was preceded in death by his parents, John and Stephanie A. Kacenski Zsigalov.Survivors include his wife, Gay S. Zsigalov of McMinnville; daughters Deborah L. Zsigalov of Walling, Cheryl L. Zsigalov of Weymouth, Mass., and Barbara L. Zsigalov; and sister and brother-in-law, Barbara and George Dolzonek of McMinnville, six grandchildren, including Brie Williams, David Warner, Frederick Williams, Michael Williams, Brian Warner, and Stephanie Williams, and several nieces, nephews, family members and friends.Per his request, he was cremated and his ashes are to be scattered in the Atlantic Ocean at a later date.
