Springfield resident (former lifelong resident of Morrison) and Warren County native Shirley Dean Ware Crawley, 75, was born Aug. 6, 1939 and died Jan. 24 at NHC Healthcare in Springfield following an extended illness. A homemaker and member of Morrison Church of Christ, she was the daughter of the late James Clifton and Nettie Beatrice Dennis Ware. She was married to Willard Wayne Crawley, who preceded her in death Aug. 16, 2000.
