Shirley Ann Womack Keith, 79, a Warren County resident and native, was born July 22, 1939 and passed away Nov. 23 at Raintree Manor following an extended illness.

She was a homemaker, member of the Church of Christ, and daughter of the late Cass Raleigh and Cordelia Virginia Cantrell Womack. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by husband Vernon Lee Keith.

Mrs. Keith is survived by three daughters and sons-in-law, Vickie and Randy Griffith, Donna and David Walker, and Lori and Russ Chilcutt, all of McMinnville; nine grandchildren, Nathan Griffith, Tara Griffith, Justin Griffith, Kallye Walker, Rebekah Heithcock and husband Ben, Crockett Walker, Keith Chilcutt, Grant Chilcutt and Cameron Chilcutt; nine great-grandchildren, Bailey Griffith, Peyton Griffith, Taylor Watson, Sawyer Stanton, Wesland Griffith, Charlotte Heithcock, Lucy Heithcock, Mallory McBride and Walker McBride; and great-great-grandson River Griffith.
