McMinnville resident and White County native Sarah Ann Tobitt, 82, died Aug. 10 at St. Thomas Hospital in Nashville.A retired Carrier employee and a member of Bethel Hill Baptist Church, she was the daughter of the late Willie and Mida Hutchins Rigsby, and was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Clifton Tobitt; brother, J.C. Rigsby; and sister, Geneva Rigsby.She is survived by daughter, Janice Kay Tobitt of McMinnville; son Steve Mullican of Lewisburg; sisters, Reba Hasty and Ruby Bell, both of McMinnville; brothers, Jr. Rigsby and James Rigsby, both of McMinnville; three grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild; many, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.Services will be held at 4:30 p.m. Saturday at High’s Chapel with Tommy Lusk, John Padgett and Jerry Smith officiating. Burial will follow at Centertown Cemetery.
