Sammy William Gilbert “Budgy” Mullican II, 45, of McMinnville died Monday, Aug. 22, at Saint Thomas River Park Hospital.He was born Friday, June 18, 1971 in McMinnville and was the son of the late Sammy Mullican and Linda Drewer Mullican. He is survived by wife Nicole Mullican; daughter Samantha Howell and husband Travis; grandchild Skylar Howell; two sisters, Sandy Mullican and Sammie Gail Mullican; many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends also survive.In addition to his parents, Sammy was preceded in death by his sister Kristy Mullican.Funeral service will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at Gardens of Memory Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Gardens of Memory Cemetery.
