Douglasville, Ga., resident and Warren County native Russel Carmack Sellars, 70, died from a heart attack July 6.The son of Carmack and Velta Cantrell Sellars, he lived in Atlanta most of his life, the last 24 in Douglasville. He was self-employed.He is survived by cousins, Elaine Smith of Smyrna, Ga., Kathy DeLay of Dallas, Quinton Tubb of Kingsport, and Reba C. Prater, J. Paul Cantrell and Joyce C. Madison of McMinnville.Memorial services will be held Aug. 24 at Fuston Cemetery in Warren County at 11:30 a.m.Southern Standard (McMinnville, Tenn.) Aug. 21, 2013
