Robert K. Lusk, 71, died unexpectedly Thursday, March 21 at River Park Hospital.A McMinnville native, he was the son of the late Lane (Martin) and John M. Lusk. He was a member of East End Drive Church of Christ and worked with Carrier Corporation for 34 years as a tool and die maker and in maintenance. He served in the U.S. Army for eight years and was a staff sergeant during the Vietnam War era.He is survived by his wife, Linda G. (Martin) Lusk; daughter and son-in-law, Sylvia M. and Bruce Beasley of McMinnville; sons and daughters-in-law, Robert K. Lusk Jr., Roderick M. and Tina Dillard Lusk, Chandler S. Lusk and Tristan L. Lusk, all of McMinnville; sister and brother-in-law, Velma R. and Bartow Williams of McMinnville; three sisters-in-law, Margaret McGee, Chicquita Martin and Eria Jo Martin; brothers-in-law, Freddie Martin and Ralph Martin; several nieces, nephews, cousins and special niece, Frances McKinley; eight grandchildren, Jasmine, Lawerence, Roderick D., Rhealyn, Katriel and Anessa Lusk, Alex and Gabriel Beasley.He was preceded in death by sisters, Sara Frances Cline, Allie Cline and Willie Carr; and brothers, James E. Lusk and Frank Duncan Lusk.Services will be held at 1 p.m. Monday at Gardens of Memory Funeral Home with George King officiating.
