McMinnville resident and Warren County native Robert David Pack, 78, was born Sept. 25, 1934 and died Jan. 28 at his residence following an extended illness.A retired press operator at Carrier Air Conditioning and a member of the Baptist Church, he was the son of the late Ernest Pack and Inis King Crowe. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by maternal grandparents, Lilly Mae King and Robert Lee “Bob” King; and sister, Brenda Crowe.He was married June 1, 1957 to Ida Lake Pack of McMinnville. In addition to his wife, he is survived by two daughters and son-in-law, Christine Pack of McMinnville, and Karen and Roy Bailey of the Centertown community; two grandchildren, Christopher Bailey of Knoxville, and Wesley Bailey of Centertown; five brothers, Ernest Pack of Smithville, and Carl, Ronnie, Donnie and Phillip Crowe, all of McMinnville; and several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at High’s Chapel with Kevin Burden and Phillip Rowland officiating.
