McMinnville native Richard R. Lawrence, 58, died June 17 at his home in Manchester after an extended illness.A motor vehicle mechanic, he attended Cumberland Presbyterian Church and was preceded in death by parents, Earl J. and Mazil L. (Ritchey) Lawrence; brother, Lannie Lawrence and niece, Sabrina Merritt.He is survived by sisters, Judy L. and Billie Hale of McMinnville, Elaine C. and Jimmy Walker of McMinnville; his twin sister, Regina F. Solomon of McMinnville; brothers, Anthony E. Lawrence, Rickey L. Lawrence and Kermitt K. Lawrence, all of McMinnville.Services will be held at 1:30 p.m. today at Gardens of Memory with Lyon Walkup officiating. Burial will follow at Blues Hill Cemetery.
