Phyllis Ann Stevens, 53, of McMinnville passed from this life Saturday, April 14, at her home. Phyllis was born Wednesday, May 27, 1964 in Plant City, Fla. She was the daughter of Mary Nunley Winningham and the late Whaylor Stevens.
