Phyllis Ann Highfield passed away on Saturday, September 2, 2023 in McMinnville. Phyllis was born on March 4, 1935 in Flatwoods, Ky. to her parents, Roscoe and Ethel Pennington. Phyllis is survived by her two daughters, Daphane Johnson and Sherry (David) Garrett; son, Mitchell Highfield; grandchildren, Christian Gonzalez, Cheyanne Johnson and Bridget Johnson; and great grandchildren, Walker Gonzalez, Carson Gonzalez and Beckett Carpenter.
