Phillip Mark Kelley, 63, of McMinnville died Saturday, Nov. 25 at his residence. He was born on June 11, 1954, in Athens, Ala., was a retired delivery driver with M&D Transportation, was of the Baptist faith, and was preceded in death by parents, Jack and Pauline Jernigan Kelley, and sister Wynell Alexander.Survivors include his wife, Kay Cope Kelley, sister, Jackie (Clyde) Scott, and brother, Wade (Sandy) Kelley. Several nieces, nephews, great-nephews, family members, and friends also survive.
