Mr. Peter Martin Baltzell, 68, of McMinnville (Bethany community) died peacefully in his sleep Wednesday, April 16, at his residence. He was born Jan. 24, 1946, in Waynesboro, Pa., was a retired engineering technician and a scientific-technical photographer for NASA, a U.S. Navy Vietnam veteran, a member of the American Legion Post 173, and was preceded in death by his father Edward Maurice Baltzell. He was passionate about fishing, work with NASA, woodworking, creative projects, Japanese culture and food, and his green Dodge Dakota pickup painted with gold flames.
