Patricia Lea Davis, 71, of McMinnville died Thursday, March 1 at her daughter’s residence. She was born Aug. 21, 1940, in Portville, N.Y., and was a retired civil service employee, formerly worked as a food service employee with the Warren County School System, and attended Pioneer Community Church. Mrs. Davis was preceded in death by parents James K. and Bertha Frederick Byrne, her husband Billie Ross Davis, and sister Shelia Marie Ofano.Survivors include her children, James Conrad (Lesa) Cumberland of Plant City, Fla., Dawn Marie (Doug) Thomas of McMinnville, Cheryl Lea (Kevin) Cadigan of Spanish Fort, Ala.; stepson, Michael E. (Alyssa) Davis of McMinnville; sister Nancy Jo (Herbert) Oakes of Inverness, Fla., and grandchildren Jessica Thomas, Aaron Thomas, Josh Cumberland, Callie Cumberland, David Cumberland, Amber Davis, and Billie Ray Davis.Funeral service is 5 p.m. Tuesday at McMinnville Funeral Home Chapel.
