Patricia Ann Garrett, 72, a McMinnville resident and Davidson County native was born Nov. 25, 1945 and died Feb. 5 at Saint Thomas River Park Hospital following an extended illness. She was a retired nursery owner and daughter of the late Shelie and Jessie Mae Mobley Elkins. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brothers, Junior, Howard and Carl Elkins; and sisters, Jackie Blankenship and Sarah Elizabeth Garrett.
