McMinnville resident and Warren County native Oma Jean Rhea Norrod, 75, was born Dec. 16, 1942 and died July 19 at Raintree Manor following a brief illness. A homemaker and member of Armstrong Church of Christ, she was the daughter of the late Eugene and Lenzie Rhea. She was preceded in death by husbands James Cooley and Jimmy Norrod.
