Nancy Ruth Roller, 85, a Clinton Township, Mich., resident and Corbin, Ky., native was born Oct. 18, 1931 and died April 15 in Henry Ford Macomb Hospital following an extended illness.She was a greeter at Joe Louis Arena, member of the Baptist Church, and daughter of the late Charlie and Vesta Jump Garland. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband; five sisters, Blanche Garland, Thelma Rickets, Kathaleen Martin, Mary Mabe and Juanita Smith; and brother, Burley Garland.Survivors include two daughters and sons-in-law, Jana and Buddy Patterson of McMinnville, and Betty and Frank Bevard of Clinton; grandson Lucas Patterson of McMinnville; and sister Faye Lucas of Michigan.Graveside service and interment will be held at 4 p.m. Thursday, April 20, at Mt. View Cemetery with Paul Roberts to officiate.
