McMinnville resident and Bristol, Va., native Nancy Elizabeth Baker, 87, was born June 17, 1927 and died Feb. 27 at River Park Hospital following a brief illness. A housekeeper and a member of Mt. Leo Church of Christ, she was the daughter of the late Charles Eugene and Maxie Poole Dickerson.
