Mildred Cantrell Phillips, 90, a Warren County native, was born May 28, 1928 and died July 6. She was a loving Christian mother, grandmother and a beautician. She was a member of Liberty Cumberland Presbyterian Church and the daughter of the late Toy Cantrell and Virginia Cantrell Bell.
