Melvin Lee Blevins, M.D., 66, of Smithville died Sunday. Dr. Blevins was a Christian, a medical doctor and certified medical director. Dr. Blevins was also a member of the DeKalb County Medical Society, the American Medical Association, Tennessee Academy of Family Practice, American Academy of Family Practice & the American Medical Directors Association.
